I will have to try a larger portion of steak/meat the night before a fast day, thanks! Though weighing and comparing 70 to 90g would drive me nuts, let us know what works best for you. If you saw my new post on Dr Hallberg, her very very general guideline is 80g protein for women and 120g for men.
