Eggs. Normally April eggs are cheaper than usual as the hens are in overdrive. This year the demand for eggs is abnormally high.

Extra eggs can be frozen. I mix beaten eggs with salt and freeze. In one cup freezer safe containets. And use in baking, not scrambled eggs as the texture is off.

( my incubator is full, no nothing going into freezee this year,)
