i have lost 54.5 pounds to be very exact. i am now a size 12. i am wearing a medium/large in shirts. if i try something on, it fits. i'm wearing cuter clothing. i'm finding things in my size.

i think i've crossed back over that invisible weight line for my height and body type. i've got my mojo back. it was probably always there, but hiding under all the fat. i feel weightless. i'm never out of breath. i no longer feel hopeless.

i met someone i really like and we have been dating for a few months.

i survived thanksgiving. i stayed on plan and lost four more pounds.

woot! at this time last year, i thought i would never be thin again and i have proved myself wrong. i only have 25.5 pounds to go until my goal.
