I used to figure Ultra was OK and had several, but then I tried some others like Full Sail or Red Stripe which are more satisfying just having one or two. Now I find mineral water is just as good when I come in from the heat and it won't lead to dehydration and prevents cramps. I get the Topo Chico at Walmart in the Mexican section. I haven't missed the beer lately and that's a good thing
