You look great but I know what you mean by having a few extra lbs on .We'll give you all the support you need . I'm midway between my 4th week on the diet and you may lose it slowly this way but it does seem to come off. Make sure you do the weight chart so you can see how you do and don't stop when you reach your final goal. Keeping it off is a constant battle.I would love to be 135 again and I'm 64 yrs. old tomorrow.
