You have to be careful not to take them with coumadin and other blood thinners.

They're probably a good thing for me to have regularly, since I have a genetic mutation that causes clots.

Anyway, I'm glad I am eating herring once a day (at least). Over all quite tasty and I think good for me!

I just learned that herring and sardines are the same fish.
