That sounds exactly what I am thinking about but I may skip the oats as they seem to make me more hungry. Did you find you started losing when you upped your carbs? I now realise that some days my calories have been lower than 1000, not intentionally so it is no wonder I haven't been losing Thanks for your reply, it is very encouraging
