I wish you the best of luck. Fat is very satiating and your LC friend. The 2 recipes I recommend are Mock Danish and Meatza. Simple to make and approximations for foods you might miss.
I enjoyed your Chinese food recommendations. I had a boss whose father was a chef in China, he would take me out for real Chinese. Everytime within 2 hours I would be sick. My stomach didn't how to digest chicken feet and other specialties he liked.
