Hey Nate, There's a pretty interesting thing I'm doing called Data Driven Fasting where you track your glucose and eat to your meter and SLOWLY chase what's called a trigger - a number that you can "eat" at - you can eat any time but this is the goal to chase. My "trigger" currently is at 81

Trying to connect what feels "hungry" to what the meter (which have quite a wide accuracy rate - listed as about +-15% ) is displaying (maybe with a few samples if you don't trust the number.

I've been down to 70 and i definitely feel hungry - the idea is you kind of want to eat at the onset of hunger and a reading that is close to trigger - doesn't always work - and you can eat - it's the LONG HAUL that matters. You have it be in that mindset no matter what path you take IMO tho.
