Maybe post this up in more detail in the Exercise forum so others can see it, or, better yet, start a gym log!
And the cottage cheese, well, I do a lot of macronutrient cycling, so sometimes I'm on low fat, sometimes on low carb. For the low carb portions, I go high-fat, so it's the full fat one, and fatty it up with some avocado or natty PB. For the low-fat, I do the 1%.
