I don't do much Paleo baking, as most recipes still have some type of sweetener, but Abel James raved about this Paleo Banana Bread and this has none, so I tried it. 4 bananas makes it sweet and carby (I calculated 17g carbs for 1/10 loaf) but it is indeed good.
