My first batch ever is in the oven right now. I did half a batch because I'm the only one lc'ing here, and I'm holding out for a sale on cream cheese.
I really like the kind of cheesecake that's ever so slightly lemony so I used lemon extract instead of the vanilla. I think they will be good. I tasted the batter and liked it a lot! (I have my own hens and don't really worry over salmonella)
