My attitude over taking supplements has changed a lot in recent years. I'm not a fan. I think we're too much at the mercy of junk science, greedy manufacturers, impure products, and contamination with all kinds of garbage. My philosophy now is to eat my supplements. Except Vit. D, which I do continue to supplement because I just don't get outside a whole lot.
