same here...
just take one day at a time, realize that there is more to life than counting, weighing, being on an eating schedule.
my work keeps me busy, been wearing the same size clothes for years now...
my appearance is neat and healthy for my age, I too am the same person, either way....

sometimes you need to focus on other things that need your attention.

time for a new hobby.

weight loss was a journey. maintenance is part of life.
the biggest reward i have from all of this is the fact that i no longer binge.....
binging was my achilles heal.
i also didn't have 100 pounds to lose.
i lost what i needed to lose and kept traveling the road to my future.

the rest of it is just life..
good luck to you.
