For each breast, we probably use about a good tablespoon of mayo, a teaspoon of parmesan, ½ clove garlic and 1/3t oregano.
It leaves a thin creamy topping on each breast, with a puddle of juices running out below, to make a thin sauce.
It's very tasty, and so easy.
