I didn't realize that I haven't been on the elliptical since Fri.
Sat I walked for miles and actually felt sore the next day.

Today:
Increased my elliptical time to 46 mins, I was sweating a bit more and it felt good. I watched Dancing w/ the Stars while I was on, that made the time go by alot faster.
