Thanks Louise, I do love being a non smoker, even though I still have my moments when I could eat a pack.... . But they are getting few and far in between. How have you been. When you first stopped smoking, did you stall? I haven't lost anything, I actually put on 5 pounds I can't seem to get rid of.....grrrrrrrrrrr.
