Welcome Marsha! You've made the first step, now just start and take it one day at a time. Don't worry about rushing the weight loss, just keep eating low carb and it will come off. I am down 90 pounds and have 30 more to go myself to reach my goal. It is a lifetime change but it gets easier the longer you eat this way. You know that if you go back to old habits that the weight will come back on, and unfortunately, its always easier to gain weight than to lose it.

My advice is to just start and take it one day at a time, and before you know it your weight will be dropping.

Best of luck and stay on the message board. Lots of encouragement and information here. Remember that a lapse in eating right does not need to knock you off track permanently.......just get back on the wagon!
