I will have to look up Incredo and how many carb grams. I’m no food purist. I use artificial sweeteners, also the no carb “ natural” sweeteners, which are a must when it comes to my low carb baking.
It is my understanding that sucralose also originated from sugar molecules, but I could be wrong. I thought I read that somewhere.
Off to research Incredo!...
