Default No Loss For 2 Weeks

This is my first post. I have been on Atkins for 3 weeks, the first week I lost 7 lbs. I thought this was FINALLY a diet that would "work". I have not had ANY additional loss.

I am following the program exactly. I've reduced my carbs to 20/day. I feel great, have more energy and even feel more mentally alert but I can't get the scale to move. Week 2 I started walking 30 minutes/day, 5 days a week - still no loss.

I have been eating mostly skinless/boneless chicken breasts, I use mayonnaise and full-fat dressings but I am wondering if I am not eating enought fat.

I have read other posts and see other people lose slowly too, but I am not progressing at all!

I am looking for suggestins, anything that may have helped others to get the scale moving down. I am considering doing the "fat fast", I already bought all of the things I need and hope that will FINALLY get me going again.
