5/15 strength
50 minutes treadmill 8.5% incline intervals - kept it between 90 & 103 the entire time.
5/16 strength
Used the pullman cable machine. Don't remember what exercises - other than trunk extensions. Which hurt my back.
25 minutes cardio - arc trainer
5/17: skipped because back EXTREMLY painful.
5/18: strength
Chest press machine
Leg curl
Shoulder press with dumbbell
Wide Rows with dumbbells
Something laying on the bench and lowering arms to side of chest and back up then toward face and back up
15 minutes treadmill - speed intervals. 1.6/3.5 was set - I ony did 1.6/2.9 because of back.
