30 minutes Arc Trainer, resistance 30 - for 20 of the 30 minutes I alternated between all-out (135-140 strides/minute) and moderate (70-75 strides/minute). This was a first for me - hitting 120+ strides/minute!!!

30 minutes treadmill, 1% ~ 3.3mph

Mood: upbeat; really tired so wasn't feeling much of anything
