Welcome Scott,

Check out all the sub-forums, there are over 15 years of support, recipes, and success stories on this site.

I think the Classic Ketogenic diet used for epilepsy is like the Fat Fast, but most of what is commonly called Keto now is more like the original Atkins Induction. The best source for Everything Keto is this page with multiple guides including a great beginners keto diet. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto/guides You can also filter its recipes to only "strict" or Keto. The simplest way to follow ketogenic levels is limit carbs to 20g total. https://www.dietdoctor.com/se/wp-co...starch_diet.pdf Dr. Westman did the first clinical research on the Atkins diet and continues it today. It is ketogenic by design without counting macros but simply a strict food list.
You have done very well maintaining and don't have much to lose. Dr. Westman keeps patients on the diet almost to goal and then works with finding a maintenance level. All the best,
