This is so true Ms, my father included and the guys I work with besides 1 all have big bellies and are way over weight to obese. I guess when you get out of the military you just do not want to keep up the fitness regiment that kept you fit.

My dad was in 101st airbone army and he was very large when he passed a few years ago. He was truly addicted to sugar and fast food. They VA docs told him but we all knew it was hard to talk to him.
