Hiya Flug,
Thanks for the input.....I'm telling you...the last month has been as hard as the first month was.....the cravings....partly too I think because I am looking for ways to increase my metabolism and well, smoking would do it. I don't plan on starting again.....but my metabolism took a S*#! kicking when I quit. I've increased the exercise to help out.....I guess all I can do is continue on as is and eventually everything will work itself out!
