Default Taco shells

Easy and good!

1. Line a microwavable plate with parchment paper.

2. Using one ounce of shredded cheddar (or Mexican blend), form and fill in a circle. I use a 4-1/2" circle form.

3. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oat FIBER all over the top of the cheese. Remove form.

4. Microwave one minute (my oven is 950 watts).

5. Immediately place on paper towel and flip to drain both side.

6. Immediately place on taco form.

Instead of putting shredded cheese on top of the taco, you are putting the cheese in the shell. The flavors are the same! The texture and feel are close to the real thing.

Calories and carbs: no carbs or calories for oat fiber.
