Hay All, I just got done reading the first book and my version of "atkins on going weight loss" is very close to SP, my carb intake of non starchy veggies and little fruit and some whole grains is about 15 to 20 grams per meal and I am still losing weight, not a fast as when I was at 20 grams a day, but a pound or 2 a week, and I am eating untill I am full and happy . so do it to feel better, you will, and take the weight loss as a bonus.

I am going to look for "the program" ( the third book, right?) I find reading about LC WOE helps keep me motivated! Best of luck.
