New Girl
I've been doing Ketogenic diet last month and I have seen a change in my appetite. I am planning to lose 10pounds before June. I am not fat but I feel like I have a big belly and excessive fats on my arm. Aside from taking good care of what I eat I also do workout three to four times a week. I am looking forward to getting meaningful tips about my food intake.
