Thanks Nancy, I will try adding Taurine. I will also add a second scoop of whey powder; presently, I just put one scoop, it might not be enough. It will boost the protein total though, and that scares me a bit; remember, I just tried the optimal diet! But I will try it tomorrow, because today was just too hard, I kept thinking about food all day long, this is stupid.
I do take the bcaas, but not the Enova oil, I'm not sure that it is available in Canada. I also have a soft boiled egg in the morning. I don't want raw egg in the shake, and this way, I get to eat something, lol!
