Hey everyone....thanks for your thoughts on this.
I did go to the doctor probably 4 months ago now because I stopped losing weight.....I was tired all the time etc.. She sent me for blood work and when it came back she said no diabetes, thyroid or any other problems indicated in the blood work. Is that the only test for thyroid problems? I figure it's got to be something and my best guess to date is just the change in my metabolism......sigh, sigh, sigh.....Kharma....I'm glad you were able to find the problem and get on meds for it.....there's nothing worse than when you feel like crap and can't do anything about it.
Golf.....congrats on the 8 months.....it is a huge accomplishment! Good for you. I wasn't careful about any food when I quit....I decided it was the carbs or the cigs....so I chose the carbs......I paid a big price in weight gain.....but I am hopeful that I'll get back down to where I was.....
