I also do not know alot about different bake mixes, but right from the first time I made theese l/c buns I used Carbsense zero carb bake mix and they have always turned out just fine. You can always experiment with different ingredients and add things of your liking, just remember to compute your carbs for whatever ingredients you are using. bsgatz
