Cooked wings last night in my convection oven, coated them in Old Bay seasoning and set them to roast for about 40 minutes. The result was juicy, tender, and delicious. All agreed they were better than anything we could have gotten at any of the local wing joints or restaurant/bars. From now on, we'll just cook them ourselves. Easy and tasty, but we do miss going out to dinner with friends now and again.
