Unfortunately it's difficult to say when your die-off effects will start as everyone is different. Also, going the natural route to kill of Candida takes a lot longer than using antifungals, so the die-off might be delayed in those going the natural route. Some people say they feel die-off symptoms within a week of starting the Candida diet. Personally I believe what they are experiencing is just their bodies adjusting to having a lower level of carbs and sugars as a source of fuel to run off of. Their bodies are adjusting to running off protein as it's primary fuel source.

So, to answer your question, there really is no specific answer. It depends on a lot of factors, such as do you even have Candida at all, if so how bad is it, is it systemic or local, what is your general health level, etc....
