Oh, I'm not saying the RDA is right, but that I'm used to looking at it that way from having used Fitday. So for example, I aim for 150% of the RDA for calcium. This is a tough one... I understand your reasoning, but it's going to be hard to have to learn all the numbers. I'd be curious to hear other beta users thoughts on this one.
