Almost 10 years
Hi all,
I did Atkins (perhaps poorly) many years ago, leaving it sometime around 2011. I am hoping to make another go at it, with the idea of seeing how much weight I can lose until my covid quarantine is over.
Some things that I remember not doing so well: - Not enough veggies - I ate almost nothing but protein and fats
- Sugar Alcohols - these kicked me out of ketosis almost immediately. Much of my problems then were related to this.
- Bouncing - I would do OK for a few weeks to a month, then have a bad day or two and start all over.
Any comments greatly appreciated,
