Thanks for the replies.

Although the variant used to change from one extreme to the other, for a long time now my bowls rarely move at all without help.

I drink tons of water as I have been told that dehydration is a huge factor but It makes no difference in my case.

The foods I eat. Eggs, meat, about 2 cups of lettuce per day, 5 cherry tomatoes every day, 10 olives every other day, celery every others day, broccoli every other day, half ounce of peppers, snow peas, cream cheese, Edam, avocado, cabbage, onion. I have just introduced walnuts, a hand full daily. I drink about 4 cups of coffee daily with cream and sweetener. I also take a tbs of olive oil daily.

I also take omega3 and vit mineral supplement.

In the past bran used to help but then it stopped working. I have been toying with the idea of adding a little to my diet just to see if it helps.
