Oh yeah! Not only can I shake my wedding ring off my hand but my shoes are loose. My business loafers I had a year ago shuffle on the ground when I walk.
Also, inspiring others. There is a waitress at Waffle House who, after talking with me, has so far lost 35 pounds. My in-laws have lost 50 pounds together since Christmas. |
