I know this sounds a little stupid. But being 177 pounds over weight at the outset and now being 110 pounds overweight with loosing 67 pounds so far.

I can't see the loss in the mirror. I have bought new clothes. All my 352 pound clothes look like tents on me.

But when I look in the mirror I still can't see the physical change.

I know I am loosing every week the scale proves that. I know my body is becoming smaller, new clothes prove that.

But I see myself as the same in the mirror. It is such an odd feeling.
