Amazon is already delivering books and some B&N have put it out on shelves early. Will be in Costco, Targets, etc. too. The publisher is also expanding the book tour, what happens when there is a real publisher like Victory Belt, not self-published, so she will be around the country to meet at book events, at LCUSA in San Diego for sure.

At 400 Pages it is way more than recipes, and she has focused on the first month...how to start living Keto. The first 173 pages!! are the Day By Day section, full of tips, worksheets, etc. As an example she has added two .pdfs from the book, recipes, and has her start guide, at this website:
