I hope this is a joke.
Not all slim people are looking down at you. And most slim people are so, because of genetics as you alluded to, but also lifestyle. I sincerely doubt most people saying relativily innocuous things that are mainstream advice like “moderation” or “avoid cholesterol” do so because of any moral superiority.
