I had a Gastrointestinal doctor ask me, Did you get sick after starting Low-carb? My answer was, No I started Low-carb after I got sick!
Another Gastro. doctor told me to eat oatmeal. He said a good way to get it it is in Oatmeal cookies...that's what he does!
