I live at 51N latitude and started taking Vit D3, K2 & Magnesium ~15 yrs ago to improve my immune system & haven't had a cold since. I added zinc last April based on COVID recommendations. London is at 51.5N - the UK needs D3 more than the Spanish! but doctors cannot make money off of perfectly healthy patients.
