Our local health food store doesn't carry much in the way of keto.

Publix has a nice selection of imported cheeses. My wife can't eat A1 type cheese so we have to get European cheese.

Note: There is a mutation in one of the Amino Acids in American Cow milk that is histidine instead of proline, and many people are allergic to the histadine (which turns into a histamine which is what you take antihistamines for).

Of course Publix and Aldi have a decent selection of organic and 100% grass fed beef, that's good.

The things like zero carb bread, MCT oil, and so many other things just can't be found locally.

I drink 100% grass fed Australian whey shakes and like to flavor the vanilla shakes from time to time with DaVinci or Torani sugar free syrups. The local selection is dismal and expensive.

So I was wondering if there was anything comparable to the selection that Netrition has.
