Meme#1 - I use the same old recipe that we used in high school 50 years ago - I think it is from Kraft.......

1 can of artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of grated parmeseam cheese
garlic to taste if desired

combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until top is slightly browned

delicious!

I don't mind experimenting though and will try a little worchestershire next time! I also read a version the other day on some website that used parmesean and gruyere mixed. I like gruyere so I may try that next time too.
