This book was brought to publication so fast, it appears only the audio version is available in the US as of today. I would suggest waiting for print...diet books with lists of food do not translate well.
Demi, Thank you for posting the entire Telegraph article... the advice there covers the main points...and it sounds similar to The Pioppi Diet, with the addition of lifestyle factors.
