Another 50 trips early in the shift. Not fast, and not feeling that great. I've been eliminating carbs, and it's really noticeable.

I've been putting in a great deal of physical effort, but stalled out on weight loss due to indulging myself with poor diet. I'm trying to clean that up and get below this plateau. Low cal, low carb, and high exertion. It works, but it's not fun.

There's an item on my bucket list that I plan on doing on checking off next spring: Climb nearby Scotchman's Peak. It's a moderate/difficult hike of about 4000 vertical feet with a stunning view at the top. The best part? Mountain Goats!

I don't plan on packing an extra 20 lbs of bodyfat along, so I really want the weight down by the time the snow melts off the mountain next spring.
