I found this on the website for the James Beard Foundation:
Heirloom Tomatoes with Almond Hummus and Basil Oil
The hummus is really unusual -- it's made from almonds, olive oil, garlic, lemon, s&p. I think the instructions inadvertently skip a step -- the almonds are soaked but it never says to slip them out of their skins, which must be intended, given the photo and considering what almonds look like after soaking overnight.
