trying it again
Okay everyone-
I'll try again on Monday, maybe this time I'll last more than 4 days, ahem...
For the hand weight question, I happened to have some 3# weights, and those work pretty well. The reps are high, so go for 3#-4#, I think 5# might be too heavy. My husband had a 10# medicine ball, and I can do almost all the moves with it, I just can't hold it in one hand ( I need both hands to grip it), so that is a challenge but only for like 2 exercises I think.
I did a 1/2 marathon in October, and I'm sure you'll do great! Just get your long training runs in, and you'll ROCK. I ran the whole race, but much slower than I expected, it was tough. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to do a full marathon this year, I'm still on the fence?
