The Atkins made easy book gives general guidelines for protein, but the authors of the 2010 Atkins edition have protein guidelines based on height, that should also be adjusted for activity, age, etc. If you want to delve into this further. https://blog.virtahealth.com/how-much-protein-on-keto/

You are already very slim, if you are considering LC for endurance sports you might adjust the protein upward. If it is the meat that makes you feel "stuffed" consider fish and shellfish like shrimp. A 4oz serving of cod provides 20 Grams protein and tastes "light" to me. Or not real food, but used by many bodybuilders, whey protein powder. A whey shake with vegetables and coconut milk can provide good nutrition without the "heaviness" of meat.
