Hi All, I have just joined.
I question protein requirements. Atkins people say 4-6 oz protein THREE TIMES a day among other things, and I feel STUFFED. What is the correlation of 4-6 oz protein a day, and 4-6 oz of something that has protein in it like a hamburger patty?
Help?
